YEAH! Christmas is round the corner again. I just love December... cos my birthday falls on this month, weather is cooling, holiday mood is in the air.... and of cos it's Christmasss! Happy Birthday Jesus!
With baby Trevor, buying gifts is quite a challenge... he doesn't like to sit in his stroller for too long unless he's sleeping. So, one had to carry him while the other pick and choose the item. I didn't know how we make it but we did! We completed our shopping 2 days ago and now waiting to give the gifts to their rightful owners.
Haven't visit mum for a while... the last time I did, she was still feeling weak and tired, hardly has any appetite. It's quite depressing to go through what she is going through without an understanding of God's plan. My prayer for her is that she will be anchored in her faith and find strength in God's Word.
All in all, I thank God for a great year!
10 reasons to thank God for Y2007:
1) Despite my maternity leave and several transitions in the office (changed 3 bosses), God gave me a promotion!
2) I became a mother on 19 June 2007.
3) Mum received Christ!
4) Grandma received Christ too!! *my faith goal at the closing of Y2006*
5) My sister has grown matured in her faith in Christ and even went for MIT this year. Happy to witness her growth and the change that God has done in her life.
6) We were blessed with a 32" LCD TV (John's D&D).
7) Bought our Nissan Latio.
8) Fulfilled my Mission and Vision faith promise despite higher expenses
9) God's enablement to provide "fresh milk" to Trevor
10) Gaining back my figure!! hehee... *ok, i'm vain but at least I admit... it's really a blessing because it save me the money to buy new clothes*
