For the past two weekends, we have been trying to cook our own meal at home so that we can spend more time as a family! Check out the black pepper udon that we cooked... it not only looks nice but taste as nice too! It's quite a simple dish to whip up if you don't have much time but want a tasty and healthy meal. We fried the udon with siao bai chai, enoki mushroom, bean sprout, carrot, capsicum and of cos black pepper sauce.
