Recently, MiMi has been feeling tension building up in her lil' barn... MiMi felt "cheated" and started nagging and complaining to good'ole MooMoo and MooMoo felt like a beef patty, sandwiched between two pieces of bread... "helpless" is the word.
The story goes like this... Moo's Ma moved into the barn a year ago... XX Aug 2005 as her barn is undergoing some major make-over. Fine... Moo and Mi are most happy to host Moo's Ma who has a jolly and fun-loving personality and is a great cook too! It was quite fun initially, getting the room ready for Moo's Ma and helping her shift her things over etc... Well, weeks passed... months passed... one year is over ... and Moo's Ma is still staying with us.
Why? you may ask.... The make-over was completed about 2 months back but it was not an auspicious month to move according to the Lunar calendar. Hence, the move was postponed....fine.... I can understand since Moo's Ma has always been superstitious. Ok, now that the 7th month is over... guess what... Moo's Ma is still with us, reason being that she wanted to wait for Moo's bro to come back from his business trip so that there will be somebody in the house to accompany her.... Fine... MiMi shall wait.... < in the school of patience, students build endurance through waiting>... Moo's bro finally come back on Friday, 29th Sept and what a joy for MiMi... she is short of packing for Moo's Ma and helping her to move her stuff back to her own barn.
Well, the happiness was short-lived.... Moo's Ma went back on Friday night but returned to Moo and Mi's barn on Saturday morning and came back again on Sunday night to cook dinner and stayed at Moo and Mi's place again... Reason?? So that Moo can wake her up in the morning to go for work?!??!
FINE... reasons? excuses? Enough is enough... MiMi is convinced that Moo's Ma will be a fixture in her barn call "home" and she is not prepared for it... "home" is made up of Moo and Mi... and their lil' MeMos and Moo's Ma??!!!! NO NO NO!!! This is not supposed to be the picture of what home should look like...
Poor Moo Moo... Mi Mi don't mean to put pressure on you or make you an unfilial son but she has problem reconciling her expecting with reality. Mi Mi is going through a stressful time too :(
